“We take what inspires us and turn it into art”
WHALE WHISPERING IN NIUE
“Nine months after my original trip - I returned to live on The Rock of Polynesia for five months. It was a huge privilege to chase these dreams and swim with these gentle giants, with the ocean as my office.” - Kate Carragher
BEARS OF CHILKO
“There can be nothing more humbling than coming face-to-face with a grizzly bear unexpectedly. A moment like this is the great equalizer. It is the captain of time. Where you feel every nanosecond. That your life could pivot at any point.” - Kate Carragher
Explore Nature
Art and adventure are key ways we can explore and deepen that experience with nature. It is in that exploration where we can find greater understanding, it is there that we can find meaning and optimism in our ever-shifting, changing lives. Nature is, after all, our greatest teacher.
We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the unceded lands on which Studio Carragher lives and creates, the Darkinjung and the Awabakal people. As well as the people of Niue and the Tsilhqot’in. We acknowledge and pay our respect to the Traditional Owners of Country on all lands. We pay our respects to all Elders past, present, and emerging.
